The room was comfortable.

The wifi is horrible. I had difficulty connecting a lot, and it's the reason I would never stay there again.

Found online pictures look different than in person

The bathroom needs a lot of work, my daughter went to use a towel to dry her face, and there was like a blood stain on it. The roof above the bed needs to be re-textured The hours for the pool open too late

need maintenance especially the bathrooms. When we walked in the room smelled like nasty moisture

When we arrived there was no one at the front desk, I rang the bell on the counter and waited. Turns out the employee was out side talking to someone in a vehicle. She clearly saw me come in but felt no urgency in attending to me or apologize for the wait. Same issue when we went to check out, no one at the desk, I believe they were in the dining area eating breakfast, after waiting a few minutes I just left the keys, did not receive any receipt.

Breakfast was a little sparse but we’re not big breakfast eaters so it was fine.

It is a little close to the train tracks and there are quite a bit of train traffic. They were initially unable to find our reservation but the manager found it. We were scrambling to get another room at another hotel.
