Didn’t like how we paid for and reserved a king room, but we got a room with double beds

In town visiting family for the weekend. The hotel upgraded us to a suite that was fantastic, couldn't have been better. My wife and I will always come back.

We had a short but nice stay. The food was delicious and the beds were incredible. We will stay here again.

Very well lighted at night, plenty of parking, very secure. Felt very safe.

I brought 20 golfers down to the adjacent golf courses to play golf for the weekend. Everyone had rooms reserved at the hotel for 2-Queen beds. Half of my group and all of the large group behind us were given rooms with 1-King bed.

Room hvac was inadequate to cool room down. Staff was pleasant.

There were large black bees that swarmed the patio making it impossible to sit outside room. They were living in the sofet. Reported to front desk and was not offered a move. Also was put in a room at check in that I did not want. Had requested upper floor away from traffic and was put in first floor where all good traffic walks to dining room. Since i was here on business several dsys i did not get rest. When i mentioned this to front desk was not offered a move or comp. Was told sorry and sent back to fend off bees. Not what i expect for almost 300 a night.

Location was close to many restaurants, shopping, not too far from the casino. Clean room, friendly service at check-in. This hotel would’ve received 5 stars from me but the shower drain was stopped up so you had to turn off the water after a minute or so to let the water drain. Told the female at the counter during check out and she acted like it was no big deal but I guarantee whoever stays in this room next, will encounter the same thing. Again, great location and it’s actually a quiet and very clean hotel. Just 1 thing is what separates the really great hotels from the pack..., customer service is the key!

Service was great and rooms were excellent. Great restaurant on site with live music as well.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The check in desk staff were the best we have ever encountered in terms of efficiency and friendliness. They were also diligent about monitoring the entrance and halls and assisting guests as needed. The room was up to date, comfortable, and clean.
