house was beautiful very well up kept nice amenities although wasn't as comfortable as listed on the website beds were a little bit hard pillows were way to firm but overall was clean nice had a great time good location if you're looking to ski by okemo Mountain!

I booked this hotel 3 months in advance and was put up on the third floor with no working elevator. If you have a disability with climbing steps, this would not be an ideal place to stay. The power went out in the bathroom when I dried my hair. It took quite awhile for someone to fix it. It is a beautiful hotel and the grounds are beautiful. Breakfast is not included in the price. They do provide breakfast at a cost. Parking was bad. Many people not staying here come to the restaurant and they take up the parking places, so you have to park elsewhere. The few parking places should be reserved for people that stay there. The people that work there are very nice.

Going for a romantic getaway weekend, this location hit the spot. Unique set up of all the accommodations, I highly suggest a condo if you can as ours was beautiful! Staff is friendly and welcoming. There are also many attractions in and around the towns nearbye, even though we came in the off season of summer.

Very attractive castle like building. Victorian styled decor. Nice restaurant for elegant dinner. Elevator apparently out of service permanently. This necessitated climbing two long flights of stairs to get to our room, one very narrow. While we could do this, I am sure there are guests who could not. People should be notified of this in advance.

We rented this condo for one night to spend 2 days skiing at Okemo mountain! It was everything we needed. It’s located ten minutes from the mountain. The condo was very nicely furnished and clean. I would stay there again!

Plenty of room for everyone. The only strange thing was there were TV’s from the 1980’s. No flat screens. Loved the spa and pools.

We booked a 3 bedroom condo at Castle Hill Resort. POSITIVES: The condo was spotless and much bigger than expected. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there was also a den with pullout couch and a huge loft area with a couch. Our kids enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and hot tub as well as the heated indoor pool. Daily housekeeping was a plus. The front desk was very efficient and sent over an employee quickly to help us with the gas fireplace and another time for extra towels. NEGATIVE: The only drawback to the condo unit we were assigned was the lack of TV in the family room and the outdated old tube TVs in the bedrooms. I believe the condos are individually owned so it’s up to the owner, not Castle Hill, to supply a TV. We all know you can get a flat screen smart TV for dirt cheap these days. This unit needs them. Luckily we brought a flat screen tv and Apple TV with us. My husband laughed when I suggested we bring a TV in case the kids room didn’t have one. Needless to say he was pretty thankful we brought it. But you should NOT have a bring a TV when you book a condo.
