"Greatest hotel experience on our trip"

OMG. My 91 year old Mom and I were on our way home to Western NY from a family member celebration of life . We didn’t have a reservation but we were lucky they just had a cancellation. The receptionist was so kind and helpful. Our room had the softest bed and pillows. We immediately fell asleep and didn’t wake up until 7 am. The longest sleep we had in over a week. The kitchen male staff was just as amazing. Since it was almost 9 am he gave me his leftover ice so I didn’t have to walk down the hall again. Much to my delight the same receptionist was on duty again. Wish I have had the strength to use to pool or Jacuzzi. Will definitely be stopping on our next trip south.

"Lovely place overall"

Everything needed for last stop on our way home. Beds, pillows to our liking. Plus, the extra outlets and usb port are appreciated- we stayed at a pricier place and there were none there.

Only the cramped sink area.. the term “elbow room” comes to mind.. but we managed. the curtains don’t allow for closing so we had to rig up a chair to drape over one side as there were some ultra-bright spotlights outside our window. It worked, so again, we managed that. Lovely place overall- wish we had time for the pool!
