The location was fantastic and the staff were super helpful

Gorgeous grounds and great vibes. Loved the location

We had a ground level unit which was beautiful, but upstairs noise was extensive

- emplacement - service de voiturier disponible (au prix fort)

- rénovation à l’américaine (vite fait mal fait) - une seule chaise pour une chambre double, super pratique si l’on veut se battre pour s’asseoir autre part que par terre - très mal dormi, les chambres ne sont pas du tout isolées pour le bruit! Le voisin ronflait et la mauvaise isolation nous a donné l’impression de partager une chambre avec lui (a l’image d’ une chambre de 10 personnes dans une auberge de jeunesse) - on entend chaque éternuement, porte qui se ferme (ou qui claque, ça réveille), ronflement ou chasse d’eau, conditions idéales pour se ressourcer et dormir en paix - pas de déjeuner sur place - rapport qualité / prix désastreux (vol à main armée)

The cleanliness standards require improvement. During my visit to the pool with my son, I unfortunately stepped on glass, resulting in a cut on the sole of my foot. Additionally, I observed ants emerging from the wall in my restroom. I brought the issue of my foot to the attention of the staff, but I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed. Furthermore, a first-aid kit was unavailable when I required a bandage. Subsequently, I was relocated to a smaller room.

They only a Bad Thing were they Critters outside my window. The room was a little musty smelling so I had to open the window and I think it was two raccoons going at it all night. And being on the first floor all I could hear was some heavy footsteps back and forth all night on from the people staying on the second floor. Great location staff was excellent and room very clean and comfortable.

Being on the first floor which I like being able to go in and out my door without going up and down stairs was not great because all night long someone was pacing back and forth and I could hear every footstep from the people above me. Oh and the critters outside my window
