liked that mgr finally sent hus to a different room after he showed and proved there were indeed critters in bedding sheets and under pillows, prob kind of small beetle hatched there, maybe large fleas???? But... the second room was fine.

The fact the floor wasn't swept the bed wasn't made properly the remote was hard to use for t.v.

Convenient to get to the stores.

The beds were uncomfortable. The bathrooms were not clean. It really needs to be updated very poor.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. She was very pleasant and very informative.

I didn't like the fact that the 4 nights I was there not one time did any of the housekeepers knock on my door. Never checked to see if I needed towels toilet paper or to even check my trash. I went to the front desk and let the lady know and she made sure to let them know, but they still didn't knock on my door. That definitely needs to be dealt with. Another thing is the amount of gnats in my room. There were hundreds of them. Biting me. I'm not sure if it's reproductive time of the year or not lol, but they were everywhere including outside. I assume they were coming in through the a.c. and/or the bottom of the door where there is a small crack.
