"Satisfactory but I probably won’t pick a Marriot Bonivay property in the future."

Good bed and within walking distance to a restaurant

No complimentary breakfast. I also had to put the linings in all of the trash cans. While this wasn’t difficult it is the first time in any hotel I have needed to do that. I picked it for the rating on Booking.com and paid more for that rating and missed the breakfast.

"Improvements Needed"

The Staff was great

Very slippery floor in shower stall & no grab bars anywhere. Foot slipped but I caught myself. Had to limit my showers. Shower stall floors should be non-slip & All tubs/showers should have grab bars. Mattress lopsided. Need newer bed sheets. Bottom sheet kept slipping off mattress. Pillows were mush & no form or support & probably very old. Impossible for a side sleeper.

"Unacceptable"

We are in a handicap room and we are not handicap. No sofa bed or larger area. I booked over a month ago and was given the last room which is not acceptable. We stay at residence inn or courtyard around once a month so I think we should have better service and rooms.

"Don’t waste your time or your money."

Nothing really

Room smelled bad They show a pool but they got rid of it. We had to pay for a breakfast then the day we get there they tell us that breakfast is now unavailable.

The beds were comfortable, our room was nice and clean, and the staff was great! We will be traveling a lot for travel ball this year in this location and will definitely stay here again!

The website showed a small indoor pool. My boys were excited to swim, but there was no pool at this location.
