The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, the floors in the corridors were not cleaned after the renovations works thus all the dirt is coming also to your room's floors. The ventilation in the room was loud, working 24/24 and not possible to switch off. The day we were leaving, the swimming pool was closed due to cleaning and we could not use it. The chairs in the restaurant were visibly dirty as if nobody is taking care to clean them.

Good size room and location

Room given was in the new building, it was not yet suitable to be used. Still had the building work on the balcony, air con not working, wifi not working, nail poking out from wardrobe, window locked. Spoke to staff one night, didn’t get any help. Second night, showed the staff the air con remote where the air con didn’t work, said they didn’t know the new system, gave no resolution. Staff didn’t know the new air con system neither did the maintenance man. No lock on toilet or shower room

Nous étions dans une chambre supérieure avec un important vis-à-vis, ce qui rendait impossible l’ouverture des rideaux sans perdre toute intimité. Pour une chambre de cette catégorie et au vu du prix payé, je m’attendais à un niveau de qualité irréprochable. Pourtant, il y avait des traces visibles sur les murs de la chambre. Lorsque nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, cela n’a pas été possible, sauf en payant un supplément de 55 € pour une suite. Par ailleurs, il n’y avait pas de climatisation dans les couloirs ni dans le restaurant, où il faisait extrêmement chaud. Je ne suis même pas certaine que la climatisation de la chambre fonctionnait correctement tant son efficacité était limitée. Les cartes magnétiques des chambres se démagnétisaient régulièrement, ce qui nous obligeait à repasser fréquemment par la réception. Enfin, alors que l’accès au spa était inclus et qu’il s’agit d’un hôtel 4 étoiles, ni peignoir ni chaussons n’étaient disponibles dans la chambre. Il fallait les demander à la réception. Dans l’ensemble, pour un établissement 4 étoiles, nous nous attendions à davantage d’attention aux détails et à une meilleure qualité de service.
