It was awful

It was under renovation and smelled awful and was completely outdated and falsely advertised

Breakfast was good with nice range of choices and well stocked.

Very helpful and happy staff. Very pleased!

Tammy was so incredible, and ran that kitchen like a pro!!! The dining room was so clean, and options were amazing!! She had such a wonderful, positive outlook, in a fast pace environment. She really has wonderful customer service skills, and very personable!!! The room was very welcoming, and the housekeeping team were amazing, and so courteous.

I wasn’t so happy with one person having to run the entire kitchen, food, prep, cleaning everything, at the same time, for so many customers. The only negative thing I will say about the room, is that the tub, looked like it had a price of something stuck to it. I do believe that is because there are only a couple of house keepers cleaning all the rooms. Otherwise, it was impeccable.

As soon as we walked in the room from hours of driving it reaked like someone who previously stayed in our room left a wet chlorine, soaked clothes item somewhere in the room. Every time you walked in the room the smell would hit you right in the face. Then we noticed it was worst in our room but the whole 3rd floor smelt like it. We then booked this hotel over others due to the pictures having a nice pool AND A HOTTUB. When we arrived we saw no hottub and the pool was maybe 40ft in length and 4 feet deep the most. The water in the pool was not heated but cold. We didn’t even bother going in the pool. I have pictures of the room having ceiling damage due to water and moisture in the bathroom. There was 2 spots in the room next to the bed and sofa on the rug that looked like dried semen. The bed was covered in stains. The tv color was horrible and there was no way to fix it because you didn’t have access to settings. The free breakfast was not that good the waffle batter was so thin the waffle would get stuck in the waffle maker. They didn’t have everything out for a variety of many things either sausage, one day or bacon the other day never both. Every night I was there, there would be men in the breakfast room drinking liquor (makers mark) being loud at 11+pm The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was horrible and I wish I wasn’t so tired from traveling that I should have made it a big deal and asked for a refund so I could go next door to the other hotel that looked up to par.

The food was great, great selection, very clean serving area, was always being checked and restocked.
