The smoke smell was unbearable

Out dated, there really is not a breakfast so I would not advertise that

Everyone was polite, and friendly! Room was clean! And comfortable

There was no breakfast, and the bed was broke down, lumpy, and very uncomfortable

Update the beds to current market standards. I was really expecting a better state experience, but it didn’t happen.

CONS: The cleanliness was terrible. The smell was rough on the husband’s sinuses. Overwhelming smell of dust and dirt coming from the carpet. My little one’s feet were filthy within an hour. There were stains on the comforter and towels, that’s just nasty. -Photos from after the second time I cleaned her feet. PROS: The sheets looked clean, the mattress was surprisingly comfortable, pillows were good, and the water was hot.

Staff were amazing and helpful! Room was clean and comfortable. They really went above and beyond to make our stay great! Thank you!

During my three-night stay, my room was never cleaned, and I never received fresh towels. When I requested clean towels, I was told I would have to wait for the cleaning staff. Additionally, the back stairways consistently smelled of weed, which was concerning, especially since I had my son with me. The breakfast options were limited to just toast and coffee, which was disappointing.
