I spent one night at the hotel. The receptionist was extremely rude. He refused to let a delivery driver drop off food and was rude to both the driver and me. Later, he came to my room and started knocking violently on the door. His behavior was completely inappropriate and made me feel harassed. This happened on the night of June 14th. Please, if you are able to identify the employee who worked during this shift, I urge you to reconsider his position, as his service was unacceptable. Additionally, he was calling my room and personal phone number from the reception desk phone
