Days Inn by Wyndham Americus

I enjoyed the staff and they were friendly and helpful. My first night was awesome. My second night there were rude people outside making noise had to call the desk to have them take care of it which is no bad reflection of your hotel there are just some people who shouldn’t be allowed out in public. My only complaint was your pool area really needs works the hand rail by the steps isn’t even safe it pulls right out of the cement. As for around the area trash needed to be done more often and house keeping left a huge bad of dirty something right outside my door with an empty ice bucket.

Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Rooms are in the process of being updated but still utilized. Toilet lid was broken, door latch was broke, pencil marks on walls, etc.

We did not eat here.

The key did not work because the door needed new batteries according to the desk clerk. The bed linens were dingy looking and the paint had peeled off the bathroom door.

Room was clean. Disliked that the people in the room beside me were partying up into the night and kept me awake.

The rooms were dated but clean. The breakfast was good but no drinking water was provided. I prefer water to coffee, tea or juice.

Nothing unique. Aging structure.
