The room was nice, refrigerator was clean and fllors were mopped, bathroom though outdated, was nice.

Room needs be cleaned better

Good overnight stop. Clean. Helpful front desk. Pool not open for summer get. Comfortable king bed was nice. Breakfast was hot waffles, eggs and sausage and fruit. Located in Tullahoma Tennessee next to a Walmart. It is also near several restaurants for dinner or snacks .

There were some cleanliness issues to say the least. The first room they rried to give us had what looked like an exploded soda all over the freezer space of the mini fridge. We pointed that out right away and they switched our room. The next room we accepted because it was downpouring rain and we didnt want to keep room hunting. The room had several cigarette burns and dusty webs on the lights. When we opened the cabinets under the sink there was some trash on the cabinet floors and 2 discarded coffee makers. It looked like someone had tossed them under there and the area was not very clean. I will say that the staff was very friendly. We did not stay the second night that we had booked due to the event we came to town for was cancelled. We did not try the continental breakfast. Not that we would have swam due to weather, but when we arrived we were informed that the pool is closed due to a crack and has no forseen fix date. I feel this should have been in the booking information.

Close to the highway, shopping was close by and convenient. Check in and Out were very simple, and the woman working that afternoon was great.

Cleanliness could have been much better, just things that were so obvious and easy taken care of. It seems that everyone is doing what they can, but the owners are obviously not willing to put any money into this venture to work to keep it nice.

Always friendly, helpful and clean and they respect my request to skip room service when I don't need it

carpet flooring is dirty

Person checking us in was very friendly and informative. Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable.

Unit was as clean as could be, but the sink was old and outdated.
