Spent about 2 weeks here $100 a day and kept getting harassed . They don’t stop bothering people like wtf am I spending all my money for ? For yall to keep bothering me and my family ? Kept being nosey , kept moving us , every time we pull up someone run up on us bothering us about our kids or our music mind u we just pulling in so haven’t put neither vehicle in park yet & I also found out they were racist .. understandable .. smh will never return .. forced us to move from 208 2-3 days in lying talking about it was sold out of smoking rooms and forced us to move from there (with literally no room under us we have kids and pets plus we smoke) to a non smoking room with people under us and weirdos next to us then the worker right diagonal under us like wtf … their so weird and ill be forcing to get my money back NO PEACE AT ALL . I wanna speak to corporate..

Very convenient location. 1st room we checked, there was traces of bedbugs. 2nd room we checked dirty bedsheets with nuts and peanuts under the sheets. 3rd room was ok. Destiny was excellent, Ionna was wonderful. Breakfast was ok. Surroundings was a bit iffy, my nephew was in the car and approached by a woman asking to borrow his phone, and asked if he needed rooms. I stayed with my sister in law for a baby's shower. Staff were very nice.

Excellent customer service - very friendly staff. Facilities were clean and well-appointed. I would definitely stay there again, and I would recommend this property to others.

One mattress wasn't comfortable. Our electronic door lock quit working because the battery died. The laundry facility was out of order.

Rude staff overall. Staff had attitude over the phone (room was already paid for) and they kept denying check in at 8pm. As I was checking out the cleaning folks just gave us attitude and rushing us out the door. (We had a family emergency that’s why we rented the hotel and we mentioned that and the cleaning ladies said it wasn’t their problem). I kept having to go to the lobby bc the keys kept resetting. The rooms were cleaned well… there were dead flies UNDER the soaps and towels.

The stay itself was perfectly fine no problems, but our room smelled terribly of musty smoke throughout.
