Check in was rough. We had to wait outside in the cold for about 15 minutes before we could be helped. The building is older. Doors are thin. We could hear the TV in the room next to us. But the room was clean. Towels were really nice - nicer than the Hyatt Place we stayed at the night before. Breakfast had a good variety and was clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly at check out.

The personal was very polite. Love the spacious room.

The bed was super hard I woke up hurting every day there plus it was hard to get on the bed it's definitely not made for short people with disabilities in mind. The Door was too easy for a 1yr to open even the extra protection thing if jiggled enough let's the door open. Not safe for anyone with young children to stay

It looked like it had been recently updated. It was clean and comfortable. The check in and check out staff were both extremely friendly and helpful.

I shower floor did not have anytime of mat. So I slipped when I stepped in the tub. The safety bar was on the wrong side of the shower. It was on the side of the shower near the toilet; where you could not get out of the shower.

Everyone was very friendly. The room was perfect for our stay with our dog. Loved the waffles and egg sandwiches for breakfast.

Our refrigerator wasn’t working but didn’t impact our stay.
