Great location. Nice staff.

We did not get the room that we reserved. We reserved a king suite and received a room with two queen beds. When the staff was asked about this they said that's all that was available. This reservation was made months ago and we should have had the room that we reserved. We stayed four nights. Our room was cleaned after the first, but, not after the second or third. So, on the 3rd Day I stopped at the front desk to request that the room be cleaned. It was not done until I returned after dinner at approximately 7:00 p.m. So, I was inconvenienced while the staff cleaned the room. Not what I would expect from a hotel where I'm paying approximately $500 a night.
