"Shady way to scam money"

We booked at midnight and arrived at 1 am. They closed at 10! Dod not state this till we received the reservation, not before hand and it processed our booking at midnight. We have not gotten a refund.

"I will be returning to the Brentwood Everytime I come to town."

The lady that runs the front desk in the morning or that does the breakfast in the morning the lady named Maria she is amazing. She does very well and having breakfast ready and she's so friendly and she's so kind and she is a dang hard good worker I'll tell you that much and if you ever get a chance to stay at the Brentwood make sure you go eat breakfast and you'll meet Little Miss Maria she's awesome we enjoy seeing her thank you

The only thing I don't like about the Brentwood is you have no desk person from 9:30pm or 9:00pm to 8:00am in the morning or 7:00am or when Maria comes in but no desk overnight I'll just feel like I was a little dangerous and unsafe
