It was quiet. The tv and cable weren't working too well but were quickly replaced with another tv. Room temperature was comfortable

There was road construction going on that made it problemsome to get around in the area.

Filthy, staff was nice enough but our room was full of spiders,the water to the toilet was turned off.. the bed was nasty and lumpy..halways were nasty, spider webs and nasty

It was clean and the bed was comfortable

The resident upstairs is loud. They stomp when they walk and drop stuff on the floor instead of placing them. I believe they manage the place. When I arrived the man at the desk needed help. He said he was new. He rang for her numerous times and she didn’t even bother coming down. Also, the door that is left open all night slams shut at all hours. 108 is NOT a quiet room.

Nice property and clean

Weak breakfast, ice machines were not operating and looked like the washer and or dryer was broken

Terrible.  It took forever to check in because they were having computer issues; the entry door to the hotel wasn't locked; the ice machine was broken; the fitness room was locked; the elevator didn't work; breakfast was supposed to be a from 6 am to 9 am and the lobby was completely locked and dark with no attendant at 6:30 am.  Our room was clean, but the bathroom sink didn't have a stopper; the toilet handle was broken and the lid had a crack in it; the toilet fittings were rusty and there was also rust in the bath tub drain 😓. Very disappointed.

Manager was very pleasant

It’s under construction.. door lock was broken… no blanket on the bed, the bed was comfortable otherwise
