The Scotsman Hotel

Posizione . Colazione . La camera ampia con tutto il necessario ed oltre ( ferro ed asse da stiro)

Era un pò datata . Però esternamente faceva la sua bella figura . Il divano non era proprio confortevole. Le finestre si aprivano solo di 10 cm. Infatti in camera si avvertiva una presenza di polvere . Forse perché la era poco areata? Anche le coperte avevano questo tipo di problema. Considerato il costo della stanza mi aspettavo di meglio

The lobby and rooms were nice. I also liked the free cookies and the overall location of the hotel was great.

They placed us in the wrong room (I booked a room with two beds and they put us in a room with one bed) so it was a hassle for them to move us to a new room. Also, we thought the toilet wasn’t flushing but it turns out you just have to press really hard. The elevator situation wasn’t great- it was really confusing because we would press a lower level button but the elevator would start going up. I suggest having up/down buttons. Lastly, someone from housekeeping (I think) came into our room at 9 in the morning while we were still sleeping.

Convenient location, cozy bed, delicate interior design!

Lovely stay in a perfect location in Edinburgh. Our family of 4 loved our stay and all the luxury that came with it. We enjoyed the robes and slippers along with the room service on our first evening as we were tired from our international trip. We were perfectly located to be able to walk to all attractions and restaurants in the city. The staff was lovely and very helpful with every request. You can’t go wrong staying at the Scotsman!

Our stay at the Scotsman Hotel was fabulous! First off, the location of the hotel itself was very convenient to both Waverley train station and the Royal Mile. Secondly, the rooms were beautifully adorned and were accessible for those with mobility challenges. Lastly, the staff were so great!I especially want to thank Ivor and Paulina for the extra care they gave our group. They both absolutely went above and beyond the call of duty and will be remembered by our family for years to come!
