Superb location and good price

Some things missing - no pots for cooking although they got me some when I asked. Overall it’s a bit ‘tired’ but then the price reflects this.

The apartment has clearly not been cleaned adequately in a very long time. There were food streaks on the outside of cupboards, the microwave had orange fat splatters all through the inside of it, there large amounts of dirt under the single beds and the bathroom has not been cleaned properly at all.

Poorly cleaned and maintained

Carlton is a nice area

The room was very noisy with people talking and bins being emptied in the lane. And the lift was noisy which you could hear from inside the room. We had to sleep with ear plugs in. The bed only had one thin blanket, and very flat pillow/small pillows. The room had moths and all the dishes in the kitchen were dirty.

Brilliant friendly service and location

The location is brilliant and made getting around Melbourne incredibly easy and Lygon Street was right at your door. Having a separate bedroom and extra space in the apartment was excellent, especially for a longer stay. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and happy to assist with anything needed during my visit.

While the room itself was a little tired and could benefit from more attention to cleaning, it did not take away from the comfort and convenience of the stay.
