Staff was not helpful. We waited over 4 hrs for them to fix our bathroom sink drain. Only after asking for a different room did they send someone.

Love the location, it was perfect to walk the vista and to the coliseum. would stay there again when visiting my son at USC.

We saw a pool on the booking site and packed everything to relax before the concert and there isn't a pool at all - very disappointing as we chose this hotel based on that,
