Hampton Inn Columbia-Downtown Historic District

Perfect location. We were at the hotel for USC graduation. We could walk to Colonial Life Stadium and area restaurants. The front desk team were wonderful. The hotel was very clean.

Breakfast was great location of the hotel. Excellent the staff was excellent.

The room that I had did not have a view there was a wall in front of the window. I felt that for the money that I had paid for the night was not worth due to this reason. I paid extra to stay at this hotel than what I normally would. I was very disappointed.

We went to a sporting event in downtown Columbia, and although we are only 30 minutes away from the location, my husband and I decided to do a staycation and stayed at this property, which was within a minute or two walk to the event. It’s a beautiful property and the staff was amazing. Rick specifically was so helpful at the front desk even when I inquired before our stay about the parking situation downtown. He explained everything to me and greeted us with a warm welcome and thanked us for being diamond members. He is a great asset to Hilton and the brand that Hilton represents.

Like the majority of the Hampton Inn's, rooms are a bit dated and rates could be adjusted a little to reflect that
