Breakfast was very good. Staff was very responsive, professional, and friendly.

$25 additional "destination fee" per night is absurd; The rooms are fine, but a dingy (paint peeling on the bathroom doors); If you have any, any mobility limitations or small children, I would not recommend staying. Only elevators are operational and there were extremely long waits and lower floors were regularly skipped by elevators. We took the stairs (also pretty dirty, eg dead mouse in a corner, empty beer can).

Location, free buffet style breakfast

It took over an hour to check in despite only 3 people being ahead of me. The lady who checked me in was rude and unfriendly.
