La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jackson Airport

Bedside lamp non-functional. Couch/futon was stained. Toilet handle needs replacing.

Check In was quick and front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. Breakfeast area was clean and food well stocked.

This hotel was fine just to be a place to rest but the floors need to be replaced. I had to wear slippers in the room to keep my feet from getting dirty.

The breakfast area was very well kept and the food was pretty good. The room seemed clean but it had an odor and the pillows were to soft.

Room smelled of moth balls. Lamps were rusted. One lamp had no working bulb. Lots of nasty mold in bath tub.

The facility was nice. Nice lobby and breakfast. The staff was great. The rooms had a musty order when we checked in. No other issues

First impressions: Decent looking! I really liked this one for a quick stay. Check-in: Staff were really friendly! Luggage carts by the door, self-parking, and a coffee/tea bar in the lobby. Plenty of lounging space too! Room/stay: It was clean and neat. I actually picked this hotel because it gave me exactly what I needed—I could bring my dog, had a king bed for me and my boys, and some extra space: couch, desk, two closets, fridge, microwave, and a clean bathtub. Oh—and a decent breakfast! It checked all the boxes. However! The fire detector was detached and one closet was broken. I didn’t care too much about that—what I did care about was how loud my neighbors were (above and to the left). The ones on the left we were able to peacefully resolve. Breakfast: Pretty decent! Bagels, waffles, toast, mini muffins, cereal, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, bacon, juices, coffee, and more. Super easy to just head down and feed the kids. They have high chairs too—a nice touch! Cleanliness: It was fine! Nothing that raised any concerns. Other things to note: There’s a lobby with a computer and extra desks. They have a guest laundry (machines take quarters—I didn’t use them, so not sure of quality). I always like knowing that kind of stuff about hotels, especially with kids!
