"Very bad day I will never stay there again very disrespectful rude employee at the front desk"

The hotel was very nice

The staff was very rude. Charged me $50 deposit for a hotel that was taken from the pool that was the party was not even with me and then when I asked her, she thought she was talking to me and it was not even me when I called the manager, she said oh my employees don’t lie there’s nothing we can do. I will never stay there again.

That it was close to home.

A lot of disturbance from the room above us, not much rest. Only trash can I found was full to the brim and stunk. Family of 7 was told in the cafeteria that they had a cap of how much food could be put out. Two of my kids didn’t get a chance to eat at the cafeteria. Yet we were helping guests with how to use waffle machine and we made sure to putting things back in place. The pool got overwhelming stuffy, lack of air, no way to let out the immense smell of chemicals. Had to come out multiple times to have my kids get some fresh air. In the bathroom closest to the pool no toilet paper or waste baskets. Yet staff approached me upset that my kids flushed napkins but had no choice.
