The property was decently clean for the age. The staff was wonder and very helpful.

It is outdated and smells musky. The breakfast wasn’t very good and didn’t have the best options.

i was informed the 1st floor was rented to workers and they had no handy cap rooms. there were 3 handy cap parking spots and only 1 was used.

I liked the ease of check in and check out. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and spacious. There were bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided already in the shower. It was actually a name brand and not some watered down generic kind.

The light in the “living area” was unpredictable. You could turn it on, but it acted as if it had a short. It would go off on its own, come on, then flicker. Ended up just not using that light at all. The knob to turn on the shower water was stiff. You had to really use force in order to turn it to heat up. Just minor things. I would stay here again.

The room was pet friendly and it was local to the family we were visiting. The woman at the front desk around 11 pm was an absolute pleasure. Very friendly and welcoming. The cleaning woman we saw in the hall was also super nice.

It was on the 2nd floor and had no elevator. We brought our small 20 lb handicapped dog and we had to lug him up and down the stairs to go out, plus our room was located at the far end of the building. The shower had an ‘already used’ bar of soap in it. The lotion bottle on the sink was almost empty. Sink drained slow to the point it got backed up. When I booked a while ago I was under the assumption it was newly updated. Finally…when I booked the room I booked WITH pets (but only brought one) and the desk clerk said he didn’t have a pet friendly room. He finally got us one but then we got a call they had to charge us extra for the dog we already had on our reservation. It was just not a great experience. An elevator would have made it a little better/easier.
