Bonita Lakes Inn by Capital O Meridian I20

The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room. It REEKED of pot. I am rather allergic, so I spent the entire time nauseous. When I mentioned it to the manager, his response was that he "would tell housekeeping to leave the door open to let it air out." The bedding was at least clean but VERY stained. The room itself was in disrepair and in need of attention. I have no idea how the shower was, I wasn't willing to brave it. I will absolutely skip this place next time.

Stayed at last minute while traveling and hotels in Laurel were full due to crawfish festival. Welcome relief after a long day. Was able to save money and hotel was comfortable. Check in was quick and slept well. It was a good option for my son and I traveling.

DONT STAY HERE! booked online and showed up at check in time. The room smelled awful like cigarettes and mold. Bathroom door was broke. Dirty bedsheets had stains and cigarette burns. Immediately went for a refund and staff didn't know how to operate their own computers to do a refund. Finally got a refund receipt and left. They marked me as a no show later to keep my $86.50. They advertise a pool but the The pool is empty and filthy.

I reserved a room 3 months before my stay but when I arrived they did not have the accessible room I requested. When I told the manager he basically said they don’t honor Expedia bookings. The room itself was dirty and falling apart. There were people milling about outside all night. It did not feel safe at all.

The bathroom shower curtains appeared to be dirty and may have even have had mole spots. We stayed in the first floor, 1st room next to the check-in office. The walls weren't very clean, the recently cleaned towels that were provided to us once placed in the shower under water, still appeared dirty and apparently were not properly sanitized with bleach. Not to mention the that there was hair on one of them as well. If the room appears dirty it makes you wonder about other areas of the hotel.

The hotel was not taking care by the standard they are advertised as. The hotel needs to be update to modern standards of service. They overall cleanse of the hotel was bad, with trash everywhere.

The hotel needs updating, but it was clean. Our room smelled of stale smoke despite it being a non-smoking room. The young couple who run it were very nice and the beds were comfortable. It was good enough for an overnight stay after a long road trip.

Nasty very dated and extremely poor condition of the room. Don’t not let the Wyndham name make you think it’s a nice place. Pay the extra $30.00 and stay somewhere else Does no good to inform management
