The only problem I had was the shower I couldn't never get it to work and that is the second time that I have had that room and I would like for them to mop the floors so that when you're walking barefoot you won't get your feet dirty

I cam from New York City to visti to some family, and my room had roaches. Yes, that's right...roaches! Plus the bathroom door would not close. I think the door handle was broken In all of my travels, I never seen or been in a hotel or motel room that had roaches. I checked out early and did not want to stay and haggle about a partial refund, because I was just want leave that badly. I will never stay here again.

Location, Continental breakfast and staff were nice

The floor cleaner machine didn't work good turned our socks black from walking around without shoes and breakfast was only from 6-9 am. Some guests were loud outside

Room had a moldy smell, there was a crack in the door where it closed, very scary considering all the construction workers lingering outside their rooms, the rooms were “updated” but very obvious that all they did was paint over top of filth, air conditioning vent was moldy, all around horrible, I’m actually shocked that quality inn out their name on a hotel that was this disgusting

The property was very clean and the host was very helpful to my accommodations.

It smelled like piss

Rooms need to be more throughly cleaned after each check out. Clean towels and wash cloths replaced daily. My shower had someone else’s hair in it around the shampoo and conditioner bottle.
