"Kind reception staff make such a difference"

The staff- Alyssa and Radhu went out of their way to help me when I checked in. I did not have a credit card on me, and I was not aware of the Calgary policy for damage deposits that need to be only paid with a credit card. They were very patient and held the room whilst a friend of mine came to the rescue.

The room was close to the road- and I was concerned about noise
