The location was convenient.

Very frustrating experience. The staff recorded my room information incorrectly at check-in, even though I clearly explained it. During check-out, they insisted I stayed on the second floor, which was completely wrong. Because of their mistake, I was delayed for about 30 minutes while they tried to fix their own error. This shows poor communication and disorganization. It wasted my time and caused unnecessary inconvenience.

Excellent hotel has pool and hot tub as well as free breakfast. I would record this hotel to all staying in Calgary. It was awesome.
