"Perfect location to get around"

All the staff were incredibly helpful. Perfect location. Your entire breakfast staff are amazing. They even did a nice thing and presented a beautiful and delicious birthday cake for my moms 94th bday.The manager we saw in there could have been more helpful. Often saw him on his phone sitting at a table. Always had to greet him first before he said anything. All in all we'll be back and will definitely be recommending this hotel to others. Couldn't ask for a better location. Door staff were all excellent as well.

On several occasions when we came back to our room our front window was open. I addressed this with the front desk yet continued to happen. No screen on the window and the lock was broken. Bothered that this wasn't taken more seriously.
