"Friendly checkin staff- quiet clean rooms, old bathrooms that needed updating and good cleaning."

Front desk staff great - friendly and welcoming. Surprising quiet next to highway.

Bathrooms were old and not fresh in any way. Dark stains, peeling wallpaper, dark rinds around fixtures, unclean corners. , did not fit rest of the experience. Had to move furniture to find outlet next to bed for chargers and cpap. Waffle maker at breakfast was old and slow. We gave up.

My room was pretty clean. I was a little annoyed with the potholes in the parking lot. I guess I just expected a Marriott property to be a little bit better. No major complaints, though.

1) Front desk staff are very nice and meet my request. The room was tidy and clean when checking in, but it was not cleaned and tidied and re-filled with coffee and cups. The breakfast was good, but there were fruit flies in dinning area.

"It was ok and for the most part outside of the condition of the bathroom, the room was fairly clean."

Location

The hotel needs to be update. Our bathroom was not the greatest. The bathtub was flaking and there was mold on the calking around the tub area. The toilet did not flush without holding down the handle. The breakfast area was satisfactory, but not a large choice.

"Horrible stay"

This is the horrible hotel out of all Spring Hill suites I have been to in the past 10 years. This is a very old hotel and badly need a renovation. Prices are high with zero comfort and bed bugs.
