Western Motel

This motel is family owned and everyone assists in making sure the place is well kept and presentable. Our room 215 was clean and airy. The beds had fresh linen and were comfortable too. The microwave, mini fridge and a/c worked well. I would say it was a touch of modern in a laid back town. I really enjoyed my stay.

The bed sheets were dirty, the bed skirts had some kind of red juice all over the bed skirt and wall. House keeping did come and change the sheets but the next morning there were little bugs crawling on the bed and when I called to let the owner know, he hung up on me! The towels feel like sand paper!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Enjoyed my stay. Hotel has a pool and quit location. Staff was very helpful and rooms were clean. Ac and refrigerator working. Walmart less than a mile away. Everything within short distance you need. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

Foreign owned. After 9pm you don't go inside, you ring a bell and wait for someone while you stand outside in the rain, cold, whatever. Outside room entrances. Towels and rags are dingy! Rooms have an odor. Breakfast? What breakfast? There's none! Find yourself somewhere else to stay!

I must stay in Fitzgerald for work a couple of times a month. This hotel is the best one that will accept my CLC card. The rooms are clean. My main complaint is the towels and sheets. They are nasty, stained, and have holes. The breakfast is a joke. You'll need to go to one of the many nearby fast food places if you want a real breakfast.

Front desk staff was hard to deal with, couldn't understand him. Pool was green, couldn't see the bottom. Had other friends staying at the motel who asked for a non-smoking room and were given smoking room anyways. Cleaning staff entered room in the morning without knocking.

I called because my computer kept telling me limited connection ......no Internet access. I was told that 38 people were using the Internet tonight so it would be slow. After 2 hours it still said no access. One of premium features listed is complimentary Internet access. They need to change that to ......if more than 10 rooms are filled there will be No Internet. I will definitely seek accomodations elsewhere in the future.

There were holes in the sheets. They only gave us one tiny bar of soap for shower and sink area. The towels were horrible. They were Small and old. Staff was friendly BUT. Won't be back. no way

no working wifi, toilet wouldn't flush at first, then once it flushed, took half an hour to refill tank during the night. the breakfast was prepackaged "little debbies" and cereal.
