We were traveling through and our normal hotel was booked. I chose this hotel because it was inexpensive and had low expectations. The rooms were big and comfy, the bed was good (not amazing but not lumpy), the rooms were clean, and the breakie was good. Nice staff. And a good Mexican restaurant across the street. This will be my new stop in Lathrop.

My only concern was that I was not able to sleep due to a noise that sounded like a dryer on all night upstairs. At first I thought it was someone from upstairs walking on floor but no it’s was way more than that. I did tell them.
Parking lot is small and not a lot of parking, front desk staff was neutral - not overly pleasant but not rude, just checked me in and gave me the basics. Room decent and clean.
Decent place no complaints
Staff was very welcoming and property was well lit and well kept.
We never made it to the hotel coming from the Redwoods it took too long to get out of the park

Older property with somewhat apathetic help. Breakfast was average.
