Staffs were very friendly and polite. Ask for anything and it will arrive in minutes! The ground is absolutely beautiful and you can take a stroll to relax anywhere. Highly recommended. Just a note that the wifi is not the best and can use some upgrades.

"Wonderful spa retreat"

Wonderful place for a spa retreat, the facilities were pristine and not crowded. Lovely grounds and both the spa and the walled garden restaurant blend seamlessly in the background. We also got upgraded to a manor room which was also great and full of character.

There's nothing to say here.

Breakfast was a shambles on one morning after car event … way to busy not enough staff … dont take verbal orders you’ll forget as you did twice … lots of uncleared tables ..

"An old world charm hotel set in breathtaking nature."

The location and grounds are breathtaking, peaceful, you feel completely in tune with nature and it is a great place to relax. The spa facilities are great, if you are into walks the grounds offer great strolls in nature. The hotel overall has an old world charm to it. The dinner was good at the Walled Garden restaurant.

The breakfast procedure needs to be improved. The guest is not clear what to order and the staff was not instructing the guests regarding the options. In addition the timing needs to be improved as well as the offering. The buffet and menu should have a selection of cheeses since it is a traditional produce of the area. In terms of taste everything was very good.
