I drove 45 minutes to this location just to find a closed sign on the door and no one answered the phone when I tried to call. I slept in my truck. I have also sent multiple e mail asking to make sure I am not charged. Its funny you request a rating and yet have not replied to my e mails.

Did not stay as the property was closed due to no power from tropical storm.

The clerk was new and the exchange happened through a glass border so no one could hear each other. It felt like there must be fear of crime, not at all reassuring. It took the clerk 20 minutes to get us a key and then he locked himself out and there was loud discussion while we were trying to sleep.

The custodian was friendly and helpful and she greeted with a smile!!!! The breakfast was delicious and had great options as a continental breakfast!!! My booking was do online but staff had a little trouble finding it but once checked in our room was clean, bed were comfortable but the light in our bathroom didn’t work, since it was after midnight when we checked in we didn’t push the issue because we just needed somewhere to lay our heads for a few hours and waited til morning to get the issue resolved. Our overall experience was good!!!

Nice friendly staff but need to upgrade the rooms better furniture better bedding better dresses better refrigerators

The furniture is a little worn for the price and not enough towels

It was great. We just stayed over night because we had a family event on yesterday. But our room was very nice and clean.
