Indianapolis Marriott Downtown

We came in for the BOA grand nationals band competition. The staff was friendly and checked us in quickly. The hotel is connected to the convention center and made it easy to walk around. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable.

We would have liked a microwave in our room. The hotel does provide a refrigerator. It would be nice to be able to reheat food for later. They do provide microwaves but at designated locations. It's a little inconvenient.

Initially, I chose this hotel due to the location. It was very close to the starting point and end point of the Indianapolis Marathon. Of course the facilities were beautiful and well-maintained. But the staff was what really made it shine. They were excellent.

My only frustration came when the Starbucks didn’t open the morning of the race. I understand it was due to the road closures for the marathon. But I really wanted my coffee.

The Valet Attendant, Joe was so helpful. The front street was blocked off due to a marathon and I needed an Uber so he helped me with my luggage and extra stuff. I was very appreciative.

Valet service was excellent! Alonso and Deonta helped me during my departure and were extremely helpful! Thank you very much

Nathan and Deonta were quick, efficient and professional! I appreciate the turn around time from requesting my car to delivery.

My experience started off a little frustrating. However, Suhaib immediately settled the situation. He was very patient, kind and helpful with all of my questions. He made me and my colleagues feel very welcomed! This stay is definitely one of my favorite places this year!!

Loved the cozy lobby

The hotel was everything that we needed. Close to what we were doing, great restaurant, great room.

That I wasn't staying in Indy longer.

We were able to walk to Lucas Oil Stadium and all the attractions and restaurants we visited during our stay. It is an excellent location.

Parking was quite pricey and the beds were more firm than I’d like.
