"Excellent Valet Service Experience"

On a very busy final four Saturday, I brought my teenage son down to the hotel to meet his dad and his friends to go to the Michigan game. I was expecting a stressful situation in the transition, but instead of chaos, cars, and people everywhere, Jacob, Danny, and Damian, ran the valet operation smoothly and efficiently. It was all under control. Jacob was very polite, accommodating, and very friendly! He got my car parked for me so I could run my child inside for a few minutes, greeted me with a smile when I came right back out, immediately directed me to my car. I felt well taken care of by him. The boys were professional and ran a well oiled machine with a very positive upbeat demeanor! I was amazed at how easily I could get in and out of there on one of the busiest days in downtown Indianapolis!

"Greatest M Club Experience"

We stayed here for the Final Four weekend. The entire hotel was filled downstairs with rabid Michigan fans, but the floors with rooms stayed quiet for some great rest between games. The hotel staff was fantastic at every step from check in and beyond. In the M Club, Mohammed was exceptionally friendly visit after visit. He really went above and beyond with a huge smile every time we came in the lounge, remembering my name and greeting my family warmly every time. We haven’t checked out yet, but Mohammed’s tremendous service has compelled me to write this review even before I check out.
