"Comfy, but parking and bathroom cleaning needed improvement."

Breakfast was really good. Options stayed stocked and didn’t run out. Tables were cleaned after each person.

Needed more parking!!!!!!!!! There was also a bunch of hair in the shower of our room that hadn’t been wiped out from the person before us.

Pros: employees very welcoming. Facilities were clean. Rooms were nice, big bathroom, beds are very comfortable. Cons: parking lot is small. There was one very small garbage can and the housekeepers didn’t come in to remake the beds or take the trash out. The shower gel bottle in the shower was empty both days we stayed. Overall great experience and I will definitely be back

Seemed sub par for a Hampton-decor didn’t seem updated, elevator didn’t close without pushing close button, not fresh cut fruit like we’re use to, etc

"Disappointing experience that we will not repeat"

When we left.

No maid service for 4 nights which is the whole time we stayed. Price for room was very high. Breakfast was average at best. We had to collect our own trash and put it outside our door. Had to ask front desk for trash bags. Toilet leaked quite a bit and we always had a puddle in our bathroom. $75 pet fee seems excessive. Do not like being charged $50 in advance for "incidentals" that we never used. We deserve better as Hilton Honors members.

Loved our 1 night stay. Room was clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Fridge was cold and morning coffee in room was good. We did not stay for breakfast because we had to get to ATL Airport. Staff was very friendly and professional. Will definitely stay here again! Thank You!

"Pleasant"

Easy access to everything and close to Coopers Creek Park.

Their breakfast choice was horrible. I expected better from the hotel chain any for the price I paid.
