"The room was extremely small, much smaller than it looked in the pictures. There is no space to move comfortably. Also, the air conditioning was terrible; sometimes it was freezing cold and other times it was boiling hot, and we couldn't find a comfortable setting. On top of that, the cleanliness was poor, the furniture felt old, and the soundproofing was very bad."

The property and room were very clean. I like that there is a mini mart to buy anything you might need including snacks and even beer.

Breakfast was disappointing. Furniture in the room was very outdated. Bed was not comfortable as other SpringHill’s I’ve stayed at.

The waffles at breakfast were the highlight! Very good.

Arrived and was told the pool was closed for maintenance and has been closed for the past 3 weeks. The pool was the man reason we chose the hotel. Would have been nice to advertise that. Called down and asked for extra pillows for the sofa bed - was told “we’re all out of extra pillows”?? Also asked for 2 more towels. Those were never brought to the room. And the toilet only flushed if you jiggled the handle a certain way.
