I left immediately because of a list of items I submitted to customer service. I received an email from customer service about Hi Alison, We're sorry to hear about your experience at Travelodge by Wyndham Colorado Springs Airport - Peterson SFB. We've contacted the property and they'd like to make you an offer. Please review and respond to this offer within 12 hours (before 29 May 2026 – 09:15 America/Denver) I missed the 12 hour response window because I was asleep !!. Will you open the response back up ?

"Bad rooms"

Breakfast was good.

Nothing is good. They provided 2 bedroom home instead of 1 room with 2 beds. This home was very bad. Carpet smell was too bad. No Air conditioner in both rooms. Only living room was with AC. May be they are having good rooms in main building but adjacent rooms are bad.

The room needed the repairs finished. Needed new toilet seat. Shower drained very slow. Comforter was soiled and the pillows were stinky. Needs new carpet or a shampoo. Room was very stinky. Had to buy air freshener. 2nd room I rented wasn't cleaned thoroughly and the Comforters were soiled. I also found a Marijuana bong that was left from the previous guest. Breakfast was not good either. All in all my stay was not good only when I was away from the motel visiting my family.

Service: Full marks to the front desk staff. She was very warm and proactive in helping me solve problems, and never showed any impatience despite the language barrier. Even though we both carelessly booked the room extension at another hotel, I still highly appreciate her service. Also, her two daughters are very cute. Location: The map shows it's very close to the airport, but since I was on a road trip, I found it very convenient and quiet. I hardly heard any airplane noise.

Room: I'm quite sensitive to smells, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room when I checked in. Fortunately, the room was in a good location — opening the windows for ventilation solved the problem quickly.
