Location to our destinations.

Elevator was out of service. Was told it was out of service for several weeks. There was no notice of the issue on the hotel site or on Booking.com. Washer and dryer were removed and no alternative was available.

I found no fresh fruit offered at breakfast, and no meat with the eggs. Elevator out of service. Had to walk up stairs to room. Overpriced for the value

We were there due to a flight cancellation in St. Pete, we booked a flight out the next evening and ubered to Sarasota, we checked in at 10:30, the lady was so sweet(Friday 7/12) and the lady the morning of Saturday 7/13 was wonderful! She accommodated us until 6:30 without making us pay for a full night. The breakfast was great and overall this hotel turned a stressful experience into a fun one. Thank you!!

The hotel was nice enough, the room was clean with lots of space for a family with kids and the second tv is great when you are traveling with little ones. The front desk agent who did our check in was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t get his name, but later he suggested places to visit with the kids. The same day of our arrival the elevator broke down, so for the remaining 4 days of our trip, we had to use the stairs. This wasn’t a huge inconvenience for us but I see how I would affect people with limited mobility as well as when you are coming with luggage or lots of bags. To go to buy groceries or restaurants you have to drive a couple of miles. The Ringling Bros Museums are less than 5 min away which is great because the place is awesome. The included breakfast had a few options.

Hotel was ok, not as big as I expected.

More guest towels in room. Bigger pool towels. Staff was very attentive.

Like the room space and confort of the beds.

One of the rooms was smelling to mold and humedity room 128. This room do not have dehumidifier.
