Very outdated and in need of refresh, especially hallway

The parking lot was a little confusing at first.
USThe toilet had urine and hair on the back at the base of the lid. There was a strong odor of Mexican food. The floor was dirty. My dog was eating cereal off the floor.

Not much grass around for pet.

The outside was deplorable, the elevators weren’t clean, the room the furniture was not up to my standards. The chair the upholstery was ripped. Overall the property needs an overhaul!
