USUSGot to my room and it was very dirty and i found a roach just walking around in front of the TV. Switched rooms and the new room hadn’t even had the floor swept- someone’s fake nail was laying in the floors at the door !!
This hotel is really nice though off the beaten path. We travel with a pup and it’s a great value for us. Sheila, the overnight manager was nice and very personable. She seemed to care beyond tge parameters of the tasks as did a gentleman on staff working in the morning.

Lots of stink bugs, asian beetles, and earwigs in the room - other than that it was clean.

Very disappointed this has went downhill so bad water was shut off for a long time. There was a foul smell in the air inside the hotel.

Room was dirty. Mold around soap tray and drain. Bathroom vent was noisy and dusty. Room showed age and was not clean, floor was dirty.

Our heat didn’t work well. The security latch for the door was broken off. The room over all wasn’t very clean in the bathroom.
