I wish there was a night light in bathroom. Because when you put on the light to use bathroom during the night, the exhaust fan comes on automatically, which is very loud and wakes up the other person sleeping in the room.

Very clean and accommodating! Ann, the maid, left a sweet note that was found upon check-in. Room was made up well and everything worked as it should. Always look to stay here when in town to work at the refinery!

Everything was fine

Night clerk was kind of a pain. Accused me of putting cigarette butts in a planter when it in fact wasn't me .

I like that it's located in a very business like area with a lot of places to shop and eat within walking distance and close to driving.

I was really offended by one of the housekeeping. I just got out of the shower the morning before check out. It was a hour before actual check out so as I was getting ready, I heard a knock on the door. Before I could react, this older lady opened the door and just walked into my room catching me off guard. I stood there in shock and she said sorry and closed the door. That really bothered me. I stayed at this hotel more than 4 times in the past and nothing like this has ever happened. Housekeeping usually knock and wait for a answer, this one didn't. I told the lady at the front desk and she said she would let the manager know. That woman probably was related to manager and does her own thing. She won't receive any backlash from that. Since I know she won't, I won't be staying here no longer in the future. Guests privacy and convenience is important in travel and I travel alot over the years. I have never experienced this disrespect from hotel staff. Train your people better and focus more on detail cleaning because they could've done a better job cleaning bathroom with hairs on the shower walls.

The room was very clean. The hot breakfast was great. Plenty of variety.
