Made plans about a year out and stayed before/after our sons wedding in Charlotte. Even though there was also a race at CMS the same weekend, the staff was sure to handle all of our guests. After check in, I received a text from Lisa making sure all was well and her contact number was kept just in case. We were on #11 and had access to the executive lounge which was a bonus. The room and bath was clean and bright. Stall shower with shower handles conveniently placed on opposite wall of shower head. The door and toilet was placed very close to one another. The lounge was available 6am-10pm with full hot breakfast (same everyday) coffee machines were malfunctioning but thermos coffee was also available. Even though we were busy everyday, we were told that there were some hot/cold food items in afternoon. The room had great views of lake and surrounding areas. We also took advantage of bar/restaurant on site. Bartenders/Servers (some brand new) were friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious and plentiful. Would definitely stay there again when in the area. Enjoy!

Love it I’m still here check out tomorrow, but this is a wonderful place to stay. I wish I had to know earlier when I first moved to Charlotte to my place was ready. I should’ve stayed here. This is wonderful thank you.
