Quality Inn Memphis Northeast near I-40

No towels

Bed was comfortable.

Super dirty and bad smell in the hallway, elevator, staircase and the floor mattress is very dirty, I guess they never clean it. The lights above the bed were bad. I informed the front desk and nobody showed up!

Awful accommodation. Entire place stunk of smoke. Room didn't have towels or TV remote. Toilet didn’t flush. Shower was dirty. Carpet was sticky. Breakfast was virtually non-existent. People shouting in the halls and banging on doors all night long made sleep impossible. Just thankful my car was still there in the morning so I could get far away.

Lo único bueno es la comodidad de la cama

No me gusto el ambiente, el mal olor a cigarrillo en cuartos y pasillo muchas cosas rotas, el elevador no funcionaba bien, todo manchado en la bañera, la limpieza no era buena, no había los productos q uno pedía, se vieron cucarachas en los cuartos y lo peor promoción de desayuno que no existía solo cereal y con la mala limpieza quien le dan ganas d comer aunque sea eso!!!!

No me gustó nada la limpieza es fatal cuartos llenos de cucarachas el olor a cigarrillo horrible el servicio de limpieza a la habitación 0 nunca limpiaron el desayuno nunca lo vi pues ya a las 6am no había la seguridad pésima o sea no hay la piscina está cerrada en fin NO SIRVE

No me gustó NADA

The hotel was awful. There were no towels. The sheets were covered in hair and brown stains. The room smelled of marijuana. The pool was closed, although that was not stated when we booked. The showers were filthy and there was mold on the walls.

Everything. There could have been towels. The lights could have worked. The showers could have been clean. Housekeeping could have done their job.
