The location was perfect for the start of the South Downs Way.

We had to move out of the lounge area as it had been let out as a meeting room therefore the bar wasn't really big enough to accommodate all guests.

The location was ideal for the centre of Winchester.

The room was 'tatty' old and in need of refurbishment. The bed was uncomfortable due to the matress being lumpy. The telephone in the room didn't work and I was advised maintenance would come and fix it, they didn't come.....

Easy check in. Lovely cup of tea in the bar.

The room was very hot. The fire alarm went off at 4.30am and very little information was given. The bathroom needs a refurbishment.
