Incredibly dirty. The first thing you see when you open the door is a fridge that is supposed to be white completely yellow on the front. Bathroom was not wiped down. Sheets were dirty. Stayed for maybe three hours before leaving and finding elsewhere to stay. Could not rest my head at this place.

The property was fine for the price. The problem is the fact that I was double charged after arriving. the customer care representative informed me that they no longer had any queen beds available. Although they did still have a double available for an additional fee. I said that was fine. She asked for my card that I had reserved the room with... said it was declined. I stated noway. There is money available,..what are you trying to charge it for. She stated $70.73. I said absolutely not It was paid for thru booking.'Then she said since its a double bed they charge extra. I said again thats fine, but my room had been paid at the time of reservation thru Booking.com; I should only be charged the extra bed fee. She proceeded with charging my card the full amount.

I love the clean and comfortable atmosphere. The staff is very nice and helpful.

It wasn’t much that I liked about the property besides it being quiet . And one girl was extremely helpful, she had excellent customer service, I can’t remember her name but I want to thank her she made sure my daughter and I were comfortable

The woman I believe her name was Michelle we first encountered when checking in . She was extremely rude and act like she couldn’t be bothered. She was too busy watching a TUBI movie on her phone with her stank attitude. She had a problem with the fact we didn’t feel comfortable with the condition of the room as if we were supposed to except anything . The room its self was HORRIBLE. Smells like animals Dirty bathroom and fridge . But the second girl we encountered turned the whole experience around for us with out her . This whole review would have been terrible.

Entrance, weird smell, stains, burns and smears everywhere. Shady atmosphere not welcoming.
