It seemed welcoming

The room had an weird smell. The exhaust fan above stove was hanging down on one side. The bathroom didn’t have a mirror. The bathroom faucet stuck on when trying to take a shower. The staff came in with a hammer and hit the faucet then left. The light and clock on the table were plugged into an outlet that didn’t work.

Stephanie is awesome, she is professional easy to talk with and helpful. I recommend her for management position. The other staff is really nice as well.

The wifi was a nightmare especially on the 3rd floor It kept kicking us out.

Breakfast was gone when we went down at 8:00.

The smell and the cleanliness of the room.

I made from the lobby to the elevator It was old Unclean I didn’t want to know what the rooms looked like I turned around and got a refund I would like any additional fees returned to me

The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. It was easy to adjust the room temperature to our liking. Heavy curtains closed neatly. It was very quiet. We felt it was fine for our one-night stay.

We had trouble accessing our room; had to return to Reception to learn the lock / door handle workaround. Still took several tries each time we wanted to get in. The breakfast bar would be improved with fruit, or juice in a dispenser like the coffee. If cocoa was an option, I missed it. Plastic cups in the bathroom would be good, for one-night visitors who don't need to get the pack of kitchen equipment.
